Combustion Control System CCS 1400
AE Solutions has recognized the need in industry for a Combustion Control System (CCS) that is capable
of dramatically improving combustion efficiency to reduce the impact of soaring fuel costs.
Accordingly, they have developed the CCS 1400TM product family of CCS. These solutions are based
on the use of the Siemens PCS7 platform. When employed with either the BMS 1300 or BMS 1400 Safety Instrumented Burner Management Systems (SI-BMS), a totally integrated solution to both burner
safety and burner efficiency is achieved.
The CCS 1400 is designed around the Siemens S7 400 PLC that supports various redundancy options,
remote I/O and a large I/O capability such that combustion control of several fired devices within a
single system is achievable. Utilizing this totally integrated concept offers many benefits including
common HMI options, common spare parts, identical software tools and simplified maintenance.
The CCS 1400 is a pre-engineered, pre-configured, and pre-packaged Combustion Control System
solution capable of interfacing with a wide variety of field devices.
