 Health Plan (Medical and Other Coverage)
For all full-time direct employees, AE Solutions pays 100% of the cost of employee medical coverage less a nominal fee. (The employee fee for 2010 is $30, $60, or $80 per month depending on the plan chosen). AE Solutions pays a portion of the dependent coverage cost. Our plans include a prescription card and a nationwide network of care providers. We offer both POS and HDHP plans for medical coverage. Dental and vision coverage may also be purchased. Employees can elect to have insurance fees deducted from their payroll on a pre-tax basis.
FSA - Employees may contribute up to $3500 per year in equal pre-tax deductions from their pay to be placed in a Flexible Spending Account for qualified health reimbursements. Another $5000 maximum per year may be contributed for dependent care reimbursements.
Disability Insurance
Employees that elect to purchase the medical insurance are also provided with short-term and long-term disability insurance at no additional cost.
Life Insurance
Each employee that elects to purchase the medical insurance is provided with $50000 life insurance. Dependent insurance is also available. Employees can elect to have fees deducted from their payroll on a pre-tax basis. Supplemental life insurance is also available for purchase on an after tax basis. It can be purchased for the employee, spouse, and children.
Retirement Savings
Employees can participate in a tax-deferred income savings plan with a 3% matching company contribution through our Simple IRA plan.
Paid Time Off
Employees are eligible for up to 20 days per year of paid time off for vacation, holidays and sick days. This increases to 25 days after 5 years of employment and to 30 days after 15 years of employment. AE Solutions typically observes 7 office closure days: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Purchased time Off
Employees are eligible to purchase up to 80 hours of additional time off through a payroll deduction plan.
Flexible Schedule
Employees can define their personal work schedule outside of the company core hours.
Annual Performance Bonus
All employees are eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
