For all full-time direct employees, AE Solutions pays 100% of the cost of employee health and dental coverage less a nominal fee. (The employee fee for 2008 is $20 or $50 per month depending on the plan chosen). AE Solutions pays a portion of the cost of dependent coverage. Our plans include a prescription card and a large network of care providers. Employees can elect to have fees deducted from their payroll on a pre-tax basis. We offer both a PPO and a HDHP for medical coverage.

FSA - Employees may contribute up to $1500 per year in equal pre-tax deductions from their pay to be placed in a Flexible Spending Account for qualified health reimbursements. Another $5000 maximum per year may be contributed for dependent care reimbursements.

Employees that elect to purchase the medical insurance are also provided with short-term and long-term disability insurance at no additional cost.

Each employee that elects to purchase the medical insurance is provided with $50000 life insurance. Dependent insurance is also available. Employees can elect to have fees deducted from their payroll on a pre-tax basis. Supplemental life insurance is also available for purchase on an after tax basis. It can be purchased for the employee, spouse, and children.

Employees can participate in a tax-deferred income savings plan with a matching company contribution through our Simple IRA plan.

Employees are eligible for up to 20 days per year of paid time off for vacation, holidays and sick days. This increases to 25 days after 5 years of employment and to 30 days after 15 years of employment. AE Solutions typically observes 7 office closure days: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Employees are eligible to purchase up to 80 hours of additional time off through a payroll deduction plan.

Employees can define their personal work schedule outside of the company core hours.

All employees are eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
